Diversions near the corner of Mackay and Richmond streets in Thames have now been lifted following a vehicle crash this morning.
Thames Police say a motorcyclist riding down Mackay St came off his bike after clipping a parked car at about 8.30am.

Thames Police sergeant Jim Corbett says it appears the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in this morning’s crash.
“The rider was assessed by emergency services and then transported to Thames Hospital, initially with Status Two injuries.”
Status two means patients are in a serious condition with the injuries causing a ‘potential’ threat to life.
But Waikato District Command Centre Senior Sergeant Rupert Friend says the motorcyclist’s injuries are not as serious as first thought.
The rider is currently being monitored in Thames Hospital.
