Vintage motoring enthusiasts are in for a treat with a display of about 60 cars at the Bay of Plenty Vintage Car Club’s annual car show and swap meet at the Cliff Rd clubrooms from 8am-1pm. Adults $5 entry, children under 12 enter for free.

About 100 top classic bikes from throughout the country are expected to converge on Waihi Beach for the biannual national rally.

November 15: Super Stock battle: Baypark Family Speedway
The best super stock drivers from around the central North Island will battle out for a big pay cheque in this new speedway event. Racing starts at 6.30pm.

BOP Mustang Owners Club will host their annual celebration of American motoring classics with a display of all vehicles of American origin. Car registration from 8am. Open to public from 10am-2pm.

The Bay’s top drifters will go head to head with the nation’s best.

November 15: Ford Muscle Meremere drag day
The Ford Muscle Car Club’s annual drag racing day will give members a chance to show off their drag racing form at Meremere’s drag strip.

November 23: Manawahe Hillclimb
